What was the highlight of Luma Plaza Hotel Pereira
I will be back however I wouldn’t pay the same amount per night that I was charged.
The room is big enough to stay very comfortable the staff is very friendly and always assist you with a smile.
The Room was missing some cleaning, no hot water and the shower doesn’t work properly.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help any time.
The shower head was not working. it had openings on the top, so when you opened the tap, it bursted a jet that fell on the bathroom door, sprinkling water all over the place. The door didn’t close either.
